    How to care for my TONY+WILL watch

    How can I care for my leather strap?
    To preserve your strap we recommend:
    Avoid allowing the leather strap to come into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes or cosmetics as this will significantly deteriorate the lifespan of the item.

    I have just received my watch and it is not working?
    Have you removed the crown stopper ?
    The crown stopper is a small piece of plastic that is found behind the crown and in front of the watch case. Simply pull out and press the crown in, this will engage the battery. The crown stopper extends battery life of your watch.

    Do you have any retail stores that I can go and try TONY+WILL watches ?
    While The TONY+WILL doesn’t have a physical store, we are building our selection of stockists in Australia and around the globe.

    How do I become a retail partner of TONY+WILL?

    When can we expect our delivery to arrive ?
    We strive to process all orders within two days of ordering from our Adelaide warehouse using E-Parcel post (Australia Post)

    Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery time frames may be extended. Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 1 – 5 working days depending on your location (please allow longer for Western Australia).
    As a guide, we allow 5-9 days for international orders.

    Do you ship internationally
    Yes. The countries that qualify for international postage will be sent using Australia Post’s Express Courier International service. Shipping to New Zealand starts at $10, Rest of the World starts at $15. Please note all international addresses must be entered in English.


    How do I make a claim on my warranty?
    We stand behind the products we sell. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us sales@tonywill.com.au and provide your order number and details of the fault.

    Please note returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from TONY+WILL website.

    Warranty claims require a proof of purchase.

    The warranty doesn’t cover:

    Your warranty covers mechanism, case and strap. It does not cover scratches, defects of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. The warranty will be voided in the case a third party performed repair works or other works on the watch without prior consent from TONY+WILL.

    How long is the manufactures Warranty Period
    12 Months from the date of purchase.

    Who pays the freight

    TONY+WILL will pay freight on all approved Warranty claims.

    What if I want to exchange my watch ?

    How do I exchange a item?
    Please email sales@tonywill.com.au within 7 days of receiving your watch with details of your full name and order number. Please state the reason you wish to exchange the watch you wish to replace with. We will then email details on how to return your watch and on receipt of the return item will send out your exchange.

    Please note we do not reimburse shipping costs on exchange items.

    What is your refund policy?
    Please email sales@tonywill.com.au with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges, on SALE items.

    TONY+WILL offer a refund on all watches purchased within 7 days of you receivng the item.

    Should you wish to request a refund please email sales@tonywill.com.au. We will then  issue you with a return authorisation number and address details for you to return the watch.  Please ensure that that the returned watch is well packaged and in a saleable condition as refunds can only be given on items that can be resold.
